The license error occur when a system update process. cPanel release frequent updates. We have schedule updates. After the update server administrations need to renew the license key for the new updated cpanel. If you access the sitepad middle of the update you will see a license error. You can contact support and ask to renew the license.
To resolve the issue please contact live support or open a ticket through client area
